And applies to Personal Data that we collect from our users and website visitors (hereinafter “you”), during your visits of our website (e.g., information collected via cookies).

Data you provide voluntarily by submitting it to us
If you contact us, send us feedback, or a support request, your e-mail address and name, if provided, will only be used for correspondence with you and only to address your message. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The data of your request will be deleted after completion. In the course of dealing with your request, we may ask you to provide us with additional information so that we can help and support you. The data transmitted in this context will be deleted after we dealt with your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, your consent and in the case of a contract you have with us, our contractual obligation.
When you are using our Detector, you can submit a variety or personal data, special category data and of course, non-personal data. Whilst we have made sure to use Data Protection friendly default settings, and as such the Data uploaded by you is processed through the detector`s Random Access Memory (“RAM”) and deleted after the end of the session. The Data you submit may contain data that can be considered non-personal data and/or “special” or “sensitive”, and by uploading this data to us you give your consent to processing. The legal basis is as such your consent and the provision of our services.
Of course, if you also upload Personal Data of a third party, you represent and warrant that this data is up-to-date, complete, and accurate and that you have the third party’s permission to provide it to us. As part of your use of our services, you agree that you shall promptly provide us with written evidence of such consent upon demand by us.
Retention of your data
We will retain your personal data as necessary in connection with the purposes described above, for as long as you are actively visiting our website or are using our services. Some of this data may also be subject to Retention Periods and other applicable laws.

In the event that you wish to make a Data Subject Access Request, you may inform us in writing of the same using our Contact Form or contact@detectica.ai.
We will respond to requests regarding access and correction as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the respective legal regulations mentioned above).
